1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 pc per design.

2. What is the recommended size?

At Gumtoo, we create inflatable replicas in a wide range of sizes—from compact indoor displays to towering 20+ foot inflatables designed for outdoor and high-impact marketing. Every inflatable is custom-sized to fit your space and branding objectives.

3. What material are the Inflatables made of?

It depends on the utility and how and where the Inflatable will be used. The most common materials are PVC Tarpaulin, Nylon, Oxford Fabric

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct e-transfer from any local bank in Canada. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
