1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 1,000 pcs into 2 designs/types?

You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 1,000 pcs in total. We will manufacture 1,000 pcs of each design of each type

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via Interac, debit card and credit card. Payment via Interac is free. However, we charge payment gateway fee of 2.9% if you wish to pay via debit or credit card.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

About the Product

1. Can I customize the size of the balancing puzzle?

Yes, you can. Select the perfect size to meet all of your needs. The standard size we offer is 8*1.5 cm, however, you can alter it to fit your requirements.

2. Can I customize the number of metal balls?

The puzzle can have any number of metal balls ranging between 2 and 8.

3. How are they packed?

Each puzzle is individually packed in an OPP bag.

4. Can I customize the packaging?

Yes, you can. Share your packaging requirements and we will assist you accordingly.
