General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 pcs for cotton and polyester and 500 pcs for spandex of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 200 and 500 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 200 and 500 pcs in total. We will manufacture 200 and 500 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 4-4.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via Interac, debit card and credit card. Payment via Interac is free. However, we charge payment gateway fee of 2.9% if you wish to pay via debit or credit card.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
