General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 200 pcs into 2 designs/types?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 200 pcs. We will manufacture 200 pcs of each design of each type.

3. Do you have glass designs other than those listed here?

We offer multiple shapes and designs, all of which we have not listed here. Please provide your requirements and we will propose multiple options to you.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via Interac, debit card and credit card. Payment via Interac is free. However, we charge payment gateway fee of 2.9% if you wish to pay via debit or credit card.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
